PKorn Law implements a flat fee model whenever possible to provide the client with transparency and to allow for uninhibited communication between client and attorney in order to get the clients needs met. In certain cases a charge by the hour may be necessary or required. Client and attorney will agree before the work is commenced whatever model is best suited for the clients needs.
