Kristensen Law Group litigates and tries cases in California and throughout the United States. We are based in Santa Barbara, California and Boston, Massachusetts, as well as licensed to practice in both states. Our specialties are product liability, employment, class actions, civil rights litigation and small business litigation. We have settled/resolved cases for tens of millions of dollars in the past few years alone. More importantly, we try cases. Since July 2021, we have obtained jury verdicts for $8.9M (assault), $400K - wage theft in Federal Court in Western District of Texas, $5.5M for interference with purchasing a laundromat, and $175K for wrongful termination against a temp employer due to sickle cell anemia.
