Prior to launching her own firm, Anna Osipov gained over a decade of experience in criminal defense, personal injury and civil litigation. Ms. Osipov is licensed to practice in California, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. She is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for 4th Circuit, the United States District Courts in California, and the Court of Appeals in the District of Columbia.
She has handled countless high-profile cases in both state and federal courts throughout the United States. Before she began her career as a criminal defense attorney, Mrs. Osipov worked at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. As a criminal defense attorney, she has tried and defended numerous criminal matters including but not limited to murder, assault, theft, racketeering, healthcare fraud, bank fraud, sexual and drug offenses, white collar crimes and various misdemeanor offenses such as DUIs.
Mrs. Osipov also has extensive experience in personal injury matters as both plaintiff and defense attorney. As a former in-house counsel for nationally recognized insurance companies, Mrs. Osipov has a unique perspective on all types of personal injury cases. She has worked with teams of adjusters litigating and defending personal injury cases such as a vehicle, motorcycle, and truck accidents, slip and falls and dog bites.
Mrs. Osipov received her Juris Doctorate from the two-year accelerated SCALE program at Southwestern Law School after obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Loyola Marymount University.
