SPZ Legal, P.C. Startup Law Firm is a Bay Area boutique corporate law firm that works with startups and mid-sized companies. We work with clients looking to scale their companies in any industry. In addition, we like to work with impact clients, or clients that use their business as a tool for positive social and environmental change, though not all of our clients have to be impact clients. As our firm grows, we are looking to work with larger companies who are VC-backed or who have received investment from venture capital firms.
Our clients come from right here in Oakland, Berkeley and San Francisco, as well as across the globe, including Latin America, Asia, Europe and more.
